Hi, I am Tim Masters and together with my wife Tina we have started this small business to share with everyone the many health benefits we believe Baltic Amber can offer. We have been in crystal businesses in the past but in 2021 we decided to specialise in Baltic Amber due to it not being readily available in Australia at a reasonable price. We created our own company, Masters Holistic Wellness (ABN 61 635 313 825) registered our business name and Baltic Amber Masters was born.
We put some feelers out to see how we could get Baltic Amber into Australia and after trying a few suppliers, we came up with a small list of trusted suppliers that would work with us. The quality of the product was our number one priority when deciding on who we were going to work with. Once we had set our network out it was time to start to import the products.
As we live in Perth, Western Australia, we know what it is like to have to wait for goods to arrive in the post, so we make it our mission to ship orders as soon we receive the order. However, as we are a small business sometimes life gets in the way and orders are delayed. We value our customers and try our hardest at all times to make your experience with Baltic Amber Masters a pleasant one.
We have struck up a great relationships with our wholesalers in Europe and we are constantly updating our product range, as well as stocking the old favourites. If you have a desire for a particular item of Baltic Amber, let us know and we will try and sort it for you.
